Butula Technical and Vocational College (BTLTVC) is a public TVET institution located in Bujumba Village, Marachi West Ward, Butula Sub-County, Busia County. Mentored by Kisiwa Technical Training Institute (KTTI), the college became operational in January 2023 and has since grown to enroll over 850 trainees. The college is fully accredited by relevant regulatory bodies, including KATTI, HELB, KUCCPS, TVETA, TVET/CDACC, and KNEC. It is governed by a dedicated Board of Governors.
